Hindi Edition of Islamonweb Launched at Meelad Conference in Kishanganj

Kishanganj, Bihar, 5 September 2025 — In a landmark stride towards expanding Islamic knowledge in India’s regional languages, the Hindi edition of Islamonweb, the country’s largest Islamic web portal, was officially launched at the Grand Meelad Conference hosted by the Qurtuba Institute in Kishanganj. The portal is developed and managed in cooperation between Mission Soft Foundation and Qurtuba Welfare Foundation. 

The launch, held at the Qurtuba Institute campus, was inaugurated by Sarwar Alam, former Chairman of Kishanganj, a respected political leader known for his dedication to social and educational causes. The occasion was further graced by the presence of Dr. Zubair Hudawi, Director of Qurtuba Foundation, who lauded the initiative and emphasized its significance for Hindi-speaking communities across India.

Islamonweb, already available in English, Malayalam, Urdu, Bangla, Assamese, Telugu, and Kannada, now adds Hindi as its eighth edition, fulfilling its vision of bridging linguistic divides and ensuring that authentic Islamic scholarship is accessible to diverse audiences.

The portal aims to serve as a comprehensive resource for Islamic knowledge, offering Qur’anic reflections, hadith studies, scholarly essays, and contemporary discussions. With the Hindi edition, Islamonweb aspires to enrich the intellectual and spiritual discourse for millions of Hindi-speaking Muslims, providing them a reliable platform rooted in authenticity and academic excellence.

Speaking at the event, dignitaries underscored the importance of digital Islamic platforms in today’s world and the need to strengthen regional access to authentic knowledge. They praised Islamonweb’s team for their relentless commitment to spreading awareness and fostering informed dialogue.

The event concluded with heartfelt thanks to all contributors and participants, reaffirming the collective mission of Islamonweb and Qurtuba Foundation towards “knowledge, awareness, and excellence” in Islamic education.
